I’m an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist dedicated to supporting you through life's challenges. With empathy and compassion, I strive to create a safe space for you to explore your feelings.
All of us, at some point in our lives, experience challenges and hardship. You may be suffering from depression, anxiety, addiction or overwhelm. You may have recently had a bereavement or be struggling with relationships. You may be struggling with OCD or PTSD and need some support. Whatever you are going through, and whatever you are feeling, you are not alone. I am here to support you. I offer a safe, empathetic, caring and non-judgmental space where you can talk about your feelings. We can work together, to understand and process, the thoughts and emotions that are causing your distress. In doing this we can then work towards building the future that you want and deserve.
My goal as a therapist is to walk beside you, guide and support you through the challenges you are facing, helping you move towards a more positive future. I can help you let go of self limiting beliefs and support you in creating a rich and meaningful life. I will provide you with one to one support, explore your needs, work through trauma together, learn to manage your feelings and let go of fear.
Your new life is waiting. Let us walk there together.
With a decade of experience, and as a member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists), I can support you with an integrative approach and tailor it to your specific needs.
My approach is client focussed, empathetic, collaborative, kind and evidence-based. My priority is building a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship with you. Somewhere we can explore your life, your feelings and your thoughts.
I have extensive training and experience working with Children and Adults. Whilst studying, I worked with Place2be in schools and Headstrong counselling supporting adults. I still work with Headstrong as an Assessor and therapist as well as working in my private practice. I am currently working with adults only.
